This is a rework of Leper, inspired by Darkest Dungeon 2.

In order to mimic his blind mechanic from the video game - he now loses Acc for every point of Debuff token and gains Acc for every point of Buff token.

His skills now revolves around gaining Debuff / Buff tokens and clearing Debuffs.
