During our playthroughs PD was never really picked. She's not a healer, she cannot stress heal and she does not deal that much direct damage. DoT's may be strong, but it takes way to long for them to kill the monster.

So this modification is all about balance chances for Plague Doctor's skill cards. Her Emboldening Vapours now grant Strength tokens besides the usuall buff, 

blight applying skills have their values increased, and Battlefield Medicine's been slightly buffed as well.
